Self Refer Physiotherapy

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust operate across Hampshire and the easiest and quickest way to access our Physiotherapy services is to self-refer.

To self-refer to Physiotherapy you must:

• Be aged 16 or over
• Be registered with a Portsmouth, Southampton or Eastleigh Southern Parish surgery
• Have a musculoskeletal (MSK) pain/condition
